Victor Innovative Textiles began in 1947 as a simple family-owned textile business, Victor Woolens, which was “green” before it was trendy, recycling wool scraps. Current president Alain Duval recalls his grandfather’s commitment to recycling: “It was more than smart business. It was efficient use of resources. And it became part of the foundational values that still guide our operations today.” In fact, Victor is still the largest producer of recycled wool in North America.
